These hunts book up fast due to hard-to-find Private Land access in Colorado.  We show you around the property and tell you how to hunt it.  Hunt it right and your odds are great.  Some of the properties have tents camps and some have no lodging.

400 acres of private land in Unit 52.  You can also hunt approx. 7,000 acres of hard to get to BLM land and National Forest access on The Grand Mesa.  This  is an over the counter tag.  Includes lodging with wall tents on the property.  Takes a mininum of 4 hunters to book this property and it is yours for the week.

Smith Gulch Ranch - $3,000

1,800 acres of private land in Unit 11.  This  is an over the counter tag.  Includes lodging with wall tents on the property.  Takes a mininum of 4 hunters to book this property and it is yours for the week.  Elk huniting only...no mule deer.

Pinon Ridge Ranch - $3,000

640 acres of private land in Unit 11.  This  is an over the counter tag.  Includes lodging with wall tents on the property.  Takes a mininum of 2 hunters to book this property and it is yours for the week.

Mesa RiverRanch - $3,000

500 acres of private land in Unit 22.  The property backs up too thousands of acres of state land.  This  is an over the counter tag.  No lodging on this ranch.  The town of Meeker is only 15 minutes away.  Takes a mininum of 2 hunters to book this property and it is yours for the week.
