Overlook Elk Ranch Lodge Hunts

Overlook Elk Ranch - $6,500

2,000 acres of private land in Unit 214 just west of Steamboat Springs.  This is a guided hunt with meals and lodging included.  Historically this ranch has produced over 80% shot opportunity on bull elk.  The property has a diverse range of terrain with open meadows to Aspen forest, winding streams and rugged oak brush.  The property provides great habitat for both elk and mule deer.  This is a ranch that anyone can hunt...we have hunting spots that require very little to no walking...and for those that want to cover some ground we can do that as well.  

2025 Rifle Elk Hunts: $6,500

Rifle guided hunt with meals and lodging included.  Our success rate has historically been over 80% opportunity.  This is an elk hunt that any hunter can do no matter what kind of shape you are in.  Our ranch is surrounded by other private ranches, so the game is not over pressured.  You typically see lots of ellk on this hunt..  Our bulls average between 240" to 300"...on this ranch we harvest many bulls closer to the 300" mark.

2025 Archery Elk Hunts: $4,900

Private land bow hunt with meals and lodging included.  We only take 4 bow hunters at a time.  We hunt over wallows and water holes in ground blinds or treestands.  For those who want to chase after the bulls we can get on foot and call the bulls in as well.  All bow hunts are during September while the rut is taking place.  We mostly only hunt during the morning and evening and let the ranch rest during the middle of the day.
