These hunts book up fast due to hard-to-find Private Land access in Colorado.  We show you around the property and tell you how to hunt it.  Hunt it right and your odds are great.  These are over-the-counter tags. These properties also have wall tents for you to stay in.

Upper Smith Gulch Ranch

1,000 acres of private land in Unit 11.  This  is an over the counter tag.  Includes lodging with wall tents on the property.  Takes a mininum of 4 hunters to book this property and it is yours for the week.  Elk huniting only...no mule deer.

Keystone Ranch

3,000 acres of private land in Unit 11.  This  is an over the counter tag for second and third season.  First and fourth are draw but you will draw the tag.  Includes lodging with wall tents on the property.  Takes a mininum of 4 hunters to book this property and it is yours for the week.  Elk huniting only...no mule deer.
